ABOUT US

Metabolic Brewing Co. is owned by Fresko & Kathryn Fresquez – a husband and wife duo.

Fresko fell in love with the brewery industry after Kathryn convinced him to take a job at a local brewery. He quickly found his passion in beer and worked his way through different roles in the industry.

With a background in healthcare (Respiratory Therapy for Fresko and Nursing for Kathryn) and passion for beer, Fresko & Kathryn established Metabolic Brewing Co. – a science and science-fiction themed brewery.

Great beers! All on point. Cool taproom with plenty of things to do. “To go” beer available in the near future, I look forward to that!

Metabolic Brewing feels like stepping into a secret lab where each world-class beer is a precise experiment in flavor. Vivid sci-fi murals cast strange shadows while the staff–quietly brilliant and undeniably rad–guides you toward unexpected delights. Here, comfort and curiosity collide, making every sip feel like a daring little adventure.

I’m anticipating for the opening of Metabolic Brewing Co.!!! I’ve been hearing so many fantastic announcements coming from this brewery. This will be a fine addition for the City of Ontario and for the Inland Empire as a whole. I’ll be updating this review once I have my first experience at Metabolic Brewing Co. I am so looking forward to this!! Cheers!!

Tried a sour, hazy. West coast and a pale ale. All three were very good. Great vibes happening here with comic books to read, games to play and a steady steam of 80’s and 90’s movies playing on their projector screen. Definitely coming back for everything and new beers they brew.
